The first graders made weavings. This was my first time weaving with first graders. I was a little worried but if you are reading this and you are a parent of a first grader - you should be very proud! They did such a good job. We went step by step and just kept adding layers. We talked about how clothing is woven together the same way as we weaved the paper.

Thanks for FUN weaving project! I like how you had the kids use a variety of sizes with the strips. I needed a quick project for my first grade today and this was perfect.
