A third grade Art standard is defining Art. I read Happiness is... to the students and then we switched it to Art is like. The students had to be creative and think about what Art means to them.The students amazed me with what Art meant to them!

Hello! I just found your blog and have really enjoyed reading it! I was wondering if "Happiness Is..." a book, or just a concept you presented? I love this! I'm trying to build my library and thought maybe there was a book to go along with this. I really like the idea of using books for art lessons!
